Starting Agile Methods
Zuzana is an ackowledged Agile leader from Czech Republic, one of the early adopters and currently she holds a lot of invaluable experience of Agile adoption within different organizations.
During her practical workshop “Starting Agile” you will understand the core principles of agile methods, learn how Scrum process works, and in the end be able to decide, if you like to consider changing your processes into agile and what do you expect from such change. During the day, you will be able to try some agile aspects at the training and directly compare the method with your current processes and create a list of initial steps for agile adoption in your company.

Johannes Brodwall Coding Dojo
Johannes Brodwall is our guest from Norway, where he as chief scientist at Steria helps to formulate and to evangelize strategy regarding Java and Agile software development.
Here he's going to organize a Coding Dojo, which could be very useful for every person who writes a code on daily basis. During Dojo you're going to improve your coding style, adopt some best practices and analyze your way of thinking about problems you're trying to solve with your code. With Johannes help all participant will write their part of code and analyze strengths and weaknesses of it.
